ESI Certified Consultants employ a well thought out, detailed, replicable, and highly professional methodology to accomplish its mission of helping businesses & non-profits become better stewards of the environment. The five stages are described in brief below.
1 The Environmental Practice Assessment (E.P.A..):
The assessment focuses on 6 major categories which include: Office Supplies, Energy Consumption, Reduce + Re-use + Recycle, Infrastructure & Construction, Vendors & Business Partners, and Corporate Kindness.
2 Preliminary Eco Change Plan (or “Eco Action Plan!”):
Once a baseline is gathered, our Eco Consultants produce a confidential customize findings report which both — recognizes & summarizes a company’s or non-profit’s current best environmental practices, and identifies those areas with the potential for positive environmental change.
3 Advanced Eco Change Planning:
Once commitment levels have been established: Our Eco Consultants collaboratively maps out a business case sensitive plan to evaluate the potential for mutual funding opportunities, implement change, & measure results.
4 Eco Change Implementation Assistance:
After SMART Eco Action Plan elements have been finalized and approved, our Eco Consultants are available via scheduled calls to assist with a company’s or organization’s ‘test and learn’ or ‘full implementation’ efforts.
5 Results Testing:
Finally, based upon the mutually agreed metrics developed earlier in the Advanced Planning Process, Our Consultants will help companies or N.P.O.s test for both R.O.I. impact and the environmental impact of implemented changes through proven Business Development ‘Test & Learn’ techniques.
